Descendant (direct descendant of a whaling master) - $25/year ($250 Life)
Relative (indirect relationship to a whaling master or crew; i.e. niece, nephew) - $25/year ($250 Life)
Crew (direct descendant of a whaleman) - $25/year ($250 Life)
Associate (spouse of a descendant, relative or crew member) - $20/year ($200 Life)
Family (descendants, relative or crew, spouses and their direct family members under the age of 21) - $50/year
Contributing:
Interested Individuals - $25/year
Businesses/Organizations - $100/year*
*Contributing businesses and organizations will be acknowledged in all DWM printed materials and on the website.

Designed by prominent New Bedford artist, Arthur Moniz, the certificates are laser-printed
in color on 8 1/2 x 11" high-quality bond paper and bound in a felt folder.
New life members who desire a certificate should complete this form and
mail to: Descendants of Whaling Masters, P. O. Box 3026, New Bedford, MA 02741.
along with check made payable to "Descendants of Whaling Masters" for $25.
